These individual sessions are for people who are developing their movement self-awareness or introducing a regular movement practice into their daily lives. They can take place on or off the mat in a studio, indoor/garden home visit or on an outdoor site. Each session¬† is created to suit the evolving needs of the individual participant and their life journey. Simple movements may be explored to deepen a woman’s pregnancy experience or support a person with back pain. Someone with a love of the outdoors may wish to create a practice on the beach. Another person may want to loosen their habits and extend their range of movement.
