These individual sessions are for people who are developing their movement self-awareness or introducing a regular movement practice into their daily lives. They can take place on or off the mat in a studio, indoor/garden home visit or on an outdoor site. Each session is created to suit the evolving needs of the individual participant and their life journey. Simple movements may be explored to deepen a woman’s pregnancy experience or support a person with back pain. Someone with a love of the outdoors may wish to create a practice on the beach. Another person may want to loosen their habits and extend their range of movement.
